USDA Final Rule Approved! Becomes Effective March 22, 2021
Recently confirmed USDA Secretary Tom Vilsack, just cleared the way for the Domestic Hemp Production Program Final Rules to go into effect this upcoming March 22. The rule was under additional review, but has now been fully cleared by the new administration to move forward as published in the Federal Register January 19!
